This journey will bring you a level of relaxation that you might never have thought possible. The journey will take you through a period of 10 weeks, with each week one certified EcoNIDRA™ teacher in the world taking you on a journey through your senses, body and the Earth, using the deeply relaxing practice of EcoNIDRA™. The sessions take 50 minutes and are known to have the refreshing effect of 3-4 hours of deep sleep. You can repeat the sessions throughout the 10 weeks as much as you like. By slowing down your thinking mind to theta and delta brain waves, and activating the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous system dominance, the entire ecosystem of your body-mind will get a chance to heal, recharge, reset and rebalance. The practice can help you reach a deep state of mental, emotional and physical relaxation, reduce your stress levels, improve your immune system functioning, sleep and digestion, regulate your appetite, rest your eyes and find relief for (digital) overwhelm, cultivate more awareness & presence in your daily life, plant a seed of a new intent in the potent ground of your subconscious, facilitate the change of unwanted habits, experience the state of bliss and/or greater emotional stability, enhance your sense of wellbeing, experience embodied relation with your closest nature and the whole, and more. Instructor Bio:

Kat Novotna is the founder and teacher of EcoNIDRA™, certified Yoga Nidra teacher and ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide. She works as a Body Wisdom / Life Coach, artist and co-host of the One in Nature Podcast. Kat's passion and mission are to help people re-connect with nature, with themselves and others, by focusing on deep relaxation, slowing down, body wisdom, heart intelligence and the relationship between humans and the planet. With her background in cross-cultural communication, Kat enjoys (remotely) guiding participants and teams from all around the world. Kat has nearly two decades of experience in teaching adult students, is trained in Yoga Nidra, Forest Therapy, Holistic Nutrition, Dynamic Eating Psychology, Cross-Cultural Communication, and is using her skills, gifts and passion to help improve the wellbeing of all beings.
